This informal group appreciates art through visits, discussion and having a go. Past activities have included visits to Birmingham Art Gallery for the Leonardo Exhibition, Walsall Leather Museum and some local National Trust properties. We also "have a go" at producing small scale art depending on what topics we are discussing.
Naturally Zen
The group visited Kingswood Trust recently to practise Zentangle with Wolverhampton u3a. Inspired by nature walks, we created patterned art, enjoying a relaxing and creative afternoon together while learning this structured, meditative drawing technique using repeated patterns in small squares.
